Strawberry Fields Forever

Yesterday we went to Eatwell Farm and picked strawberries.
We were able to eat to our heart's delight and take some home (for $1.oo/pound) and they are organic. (What could be wrong with them?). I am making jam today with the 4 pounds we took home. I am going to try this recipe.

It looks simple enough. Wish me luck!
